at Golden Riviera Online Poker Room

• All information about the player collected by the poker room, including but not limited to credit card information, personal details and winnings, will solely be used by the Golden Riviera Poker for operational purposes.
  
  
• The information will not be sold, divulged or made available to any third party except where the poker room needs to make the information available to third parties who assist the poker room in it's business, like payment processors, or when the casino is obliged by law to make the information available to a properly authorized authority under circumstances where there exists a duty on the poker room to make the information available.
  
  
• The player realizes that the poker room cannot take any responsibility for any information of the player that is collected outside the scope of this agreement by any intermediary or other third party whether or not any data relating to the player is conveyed through such party's network or computers.
  
  
• The player gives permission that if there is a change of ownership of the poker room in future, that the information will be transferred to the new owner, provided that the new owner will not in any way dilute the rights and obligations of the player regarding the information as set out in the privacy statement and that was collected before such transfer.
  
  
• The casino reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time, and will announce such changes on the Poker room at least 30 days before such changes comes into effect.
  
  
• At any time after the player has downloaded the poker room software, the choice can be made to opt out of receiving marketing and/or promotional material about special offers, promotions or services offered by the poker room.
